Each year, through thoughtfully curated awareness programmes led by distinguished scholars and experts, students and parents are gently guided to explore the vast spectrum of opportunities that unfold after the Plus Two examinations—ensuring that aspirations are aligned with purpose and potential.
Marking yet another significant milestone, the inaugural Educational Guidance Camp for the academic year 2026–2027 was conducted with remarkable grace and distinction. The event stood as a beacon of hope and direction, illuminating the path for countless students as they prepare to step into the future with clarity, confidence, and renewed ambition.
The first Educational Guidance Programme for the academic year 2026–2027 was conducted with remarkable excellence via Zoom on Saturday, 25 April 2026, at 7:00 PM, drawing the participation of students and parents alike. The programme commenced on a solemn and auspicious note with a recitation from the Holy Quran by Mr. Sheik Abdullah, Secretary of the VIZHI – IWF Riyadh Central zone, setting a reflective tone for the evening. This was followed by a warm welcome address delivered by Mr. Ramees Abuthahir, Assistant Secretary of the VIZHI – IWF Riyadh Central zone. The session was further enriched by an insightful keynote address from Mr. Mimisal Noor Mohamed, President of the IWF Riyadh Central zone, who highlighted the significance of informed academic choices and guided the audience with valuable perspectives.
The highlight of the session was an erudite and deeply insightful presentation by Dr. Nooh Abdullah, Professor at King Khalid University, Abha, whose vast academic acumen and pedagogical excellence left a lasting impression on the audience. Speaking on the topic “What to Study After 12th Grade,” he eloquently navigated through a wide spectrum of academic pathways, including paramedical, arts, and science streams. With remarkable clarity and depth, he illuminated the nuances of each field while emphasizing the importance of nurturing students’ learning abilities, recognizing their innate interests, and enabling parents to make informed and meaningful educational choices.
Demonstrating both intellectual brilliance and an engaging teaching approach, Dr. Nooh Abdullah patiently addressed and vibed with multitude of queries, offering thoughtful clarifications and practical guidance that resonated with both students and parents.
The programme concluded on a note of gratitude with a vote of thanks delivered by Mr. Shakir Baig, Joint Secretary of the IWF Riyadh Central zone marking the successful culmination of a truly enriching and impactful session. The programme was skilfully and gracefully hosted by Dr. Meera Moydeen, Professor at King Saud University and Assistant Secretary of the VIZHI-IWF Riyadh Central zone, ensuring a seamless and engaging flow throughout the session. With the active participation of over 50 students and their parents from various parts of the world, the event emerged as a truly enriching global gathering, leaving a meaningful impact on all who attended.
