Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Chapter of the Public Relations Society of India (PRSI) is all set to organize the 4th Telangana Public Relations Conference on Sunday, April 19, 2026, at Pranahita Hall, Hotel Tourism Plaza (The Plaza), Greenlands, Begumpet, Hyderabad.
The one-day conference will be held under the theme “Telangana Rising 2047: Communication, Innovation & Empowerment”. It aims to explore the pivotal role of strategic communication in realizing Telangana’s ambitious long-term development vision.
According to the organizers, Telangana Minister for Irrigation Capt. N. Uttam Kumar Reddy will grace the occasion as the Chief Guest for the inaugural session. K. Sreenivas Reddy, Chairman of Telangana Media Academy, and Ch. Priyanka, Special Commissioner, Information & Public Relations Department, will attend as Guests of Honour. Senior journalist and academician Professor K. Nageswar will deliver the keynote address on communication strategies for Telangana’s growth towards 2047.
The conference will feature several technical sessions focusing on contemporary and emerging topics, including AI and communication, infrastructure and innovation, and empowerment through agriculture, tourism, culture, and branding. It is expected to bring together around 200 participants comprising public relations professionals, corporate communication experts, media persons, government officials, academicians, students, and industry leaders.
During the event, PRSI Hyderabad Chapter will also confer Pride of Telangana honours, Lifetime Achievement recognitions, and the prestigious Telangana Public Relations Awards to acknowledge outstanding contributions in the field of public relations and corporate communications.
