JEDDAH: Jeddah Three Star’s ‘Sandhyaraagam’ emerged as a splendid celebration of music, artistic excellence and community spirit, turning Hyper Al Wafa in Baghdadiya into a vibrant cultural destination on Friday, August 21. The well-received musical evening brought together an impressive galaxy of artistes and enthusiastic music lovers, creating an atmosphere of warmth, joy and camaraderie.
The programme was envisioned and masterfully orchestrated by the highly talented Nooh Beemapally, whose artistic vision and keen understanding of music were evident throughout the evening. His remarkable ability to bring together artistes of diverse styles and mould their individual talents into a harmonious presentation became one of the defining strengths of the programme. The packed audience responded with sustained enthusiasm and appreciation.
Sofia Sunil, Ramya Bruce, Aishwarya Anil, Ashraf Valiyora, Rafi Aluva, Sathyan P. Nair, Hassan Kondotty, Mansoor Nilambur, Afra Sabeen Rafi, Gafoor Thrippanachi, Ardra, Mansoor Pang and Renju captivated the audience with a delightful selection of Malayalam, Tamil and Hindi melodies. Their performances added colour, variety and musical richness to the evening. Young talents Nifa Najeeb and Nuha Najeeb further enhanced the programme with their graceful dance presentation, receiving warm appreciation from the audience.
Adding elegance and energy to the proceedings, Suvija Sathyan anchored the programme with poise, spontaneity and cogent presentation. Her engaging interaction with the artistes and audience and her effortless stage presence contributed significantly to the smooth and lively flow of the event.
The musical celebration was formally inaugurated by Dr. Junaiz Babu, Managing Director of Good Hope International Group. Programme Coordinator Nooh Beemapally welcomed the gathering. Mathrubhumi reporter Jaffarali Palakkode, Vasu Hamdan, Hassan Kondotty, Mohan Balan, Jyothi Babukumar, Badusha Master, Mansoor Farook and Al Wafa representative Arshad extended their felicitations, appreciating the organisers and artistes for presenting an evening of such high artistic quality.
Chairman Navas Beemapally expressed his heartfelt appreciation to the artistes, technical team, volunteers and audience, whose collective dedication and wholehearted participation keep on moving and helped transform ‘Sandhyaraagam’ into a memorable a deeply immersive and emotionally memorable experience that allowed people to pause, feel, and connect through music. Gafoor Mahi, Shaji Kayamkulam and Nisar Karunagappally were instrumental in maintaining smooth crowd management throughout the programme.
Commencing at 8 p.m., the event continued well into the night, with every performance greeted by enthusiastic applause and an increasingly energised audience. The impressive turnout and spontaneous appreciation demonstrated the programme’s resounding success.
