NAJRAN: Mr. Arumugam Ayyakannu, a native of Maligaimedu in Cuddalore district in Tamil Nadu, had been enduring immense hardship for the past three years owing to his inability to renew his Iqama (residency identity card), which left him stranded and unable to return to his homeland.
In this distressing predicament, he approached the Najran Senthamizh Sangam seeking assistance, and the organization rose to the occasion with flying colours through its swift and compassionate intervention.
Deeply moved by his plight, the Sangam’s administrator, Mr. Udhayam Veerasimman, along with the organization’s office-bearers, intervened without delay and meticulously undertook all the requisite legal and travel formalities with remarkable promptitude and diligence.
Through their concerted humanitarian efforts, comprehensive arrangements were successfully made to ensure the safe repatriation of Mr. Arumugam to Tamil Nadu, reuniting him with his family after years of anguish and uncertainty.
The family members of Mr. Arumugam conveyed their profound gratitude to the Najran Senthamizh Sangam for their compassionate service, unwavering support, and expeditious action in restoring hope during a period of despair.
