RIYADH: In a vibrant expression of gratitude, friendship and shared belonging, the Saudi Arabia Telugu Association (SATA), Riyadh, celebrated the 96th Saudi National Day, honouring the Kingdom’s national pride while reaffirming the enduring bonds of goodwill between the Saudi and Indian communities. The celebration reflected the spirit of Saudi National Day as a moment of unity, pride and collective aspiration, with SATA members extending their warm greetings and heartfelt wishes to the people and leadership of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Speaking on the occasion, Srinivas Macha, President of SATA Riyadh, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the warmth, opportunities and sense of belonging extended to the Indian community. “Although we are Indians by origin, Saudi Arabia has, over the years, become like a second home to us. The Kingdom has given us opportunities to work, grow and build a better future for ourselves and our families. We are deeply thankful for the hospitality and goodwill we have received from the Saudi people,” he said. Macha also expressed the hope that Indians would continue to make meaningful contributions to the Kingdom’s progress and prosperity, while serving as a bridge of friendship, goodwill and closer people-to-people relations between India and Saudi Arabia.
On the occasion, SATA Founder Malleshan, SATA Women’s President Sharvani Vidyadharini, SATA Core Team members Kokila Othuluri, Naresh Kumar Singu, Yogeshwara Rao Veeravalli, Ahmed Abdul Kareem, Midhun Suresh, Mohammed Nooruddin, Khaja Muzammiluddin, Mudigonda Shankar, Muralikrishna Boosi, Lokesh Thalla, Ahmed Aslam, Pentapati Sricharan, Doodam Sanjeev, Shekhar Padala, Chintamalla Deepak Kumar and Prakash, along with Sreeni Humanity Services President Doodam Sanjeev and General Secretary Mohammed Abdul Gaffar, and TASA Founder Tirupati Swami Swarna, conveyed their warm Saudi National Day greetings and heartfelt wishes to the people of the Kingdom, reaffirming that the Indian and Saudi communities remain on the same page in cherishing friendship, mutual respect, cultural harmony and shared aspirations for a brighter future.
