Hyderabad: Renowned press photographer KN Wasif met Mr. K. Srinivas Reddy, Chairman of Telangana Press Academy, at the Academy’s office and presented his acclaimed book India’s Architectural Heritage.
Mr. Srinivas Reddy appreciated the book after carefully going through it and praised its content and presentation. The meeting was also attended by Mr. M.A. Majid, President of Telangana Urdu Working Journalists Federation.
The book India’s Architectural Heritage is a richly illustrated work that showcases the grandeur and intricate architectural details of India’s medieval historical monuments in a highly aesthetic manner. It is the result of KN Wasif’s long and dedicated efforts in the field of architectural photography.
With over a decade of experience as a staff photographer with leading Hyderabad newspapers — Siasat, Deccan Chronicle, and Indian Express (1980–1992) — KN Wasif later worked with ALBEENA, a reputed architectural magazine published from Saudi Arabia. He has specialized in architectural photography and spent several years working on this prestigious project.
The book was published in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
