Riyadh: The All India Steering Committee, in association with the Embassy of India in Riyadh, is organising a Community Reception in honour of Shri Kirti Vardhan Singh, Hon’ble Minister of State for External Affairs, Government of India.
The reception will be held on Monday, 7 September 2026 at 7:00 PM at the IISR Boys Section Auditorium in Riyadh. The event will feature cultural performances, followed by a complimentary dinner.
Attendance is strictly by invitation only and is free of charge. Entry is restricted to Indian nationals only, and a valid Iqama is mandatory. Invitation cards will be distributed in due course on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited seating capacity at the auditorium.
Indian nationals interested in attending are requested to share the following details at the earliest:
• Full Name (as per Iqama)
• Iqama Number
• Mobile Number

The All India Steering Committee has announced that only Indian nationals holding a valid invitation will be allowed to participate in this special community gathering organised to welcome the visiting Minister.
