  1. إِنَّا لِلّهِ وَإِنَّـا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعونَ
We belong to God and we return to Him
May Allah Almighty grant him a high position in Jannat ul Firdous and grant patience to all the survivors
    Ameen

  2. We express our deepest and most heartfelt condolences to the family of Ahmad Irfan Uddin Patel, a young man whose life was tragically cut short under circumstances that raise serious concerns.

We stand in solemn solidarity with Irfan’s grieving family during this time of unimaginable sorrow. We honor his memory and mourn the void his absence leaves behind.

At the same time, we join the people of Siddipet in voicing firm and principled protest against the disturbing inconsistencies and apparent negligence surrounding the events that occurred at Lohit Sai Hospital. The contradictory statements issued by the hospital have only deepened public distrust and intensified the grief of those left behind. The failure to provide a transparent, timely, and medically sound response is unacceptable and warrants urgent and thorough scrutiny.

This is not an isolated medical error—it is a potential systemic failure. We call upon the Government of Telangana, the District Medical and Health Officer (DMHO), and relevant health authorities to immediately:

Initiate a transparent and independent investigation into the circumstances of Irfan’s death.

Suspend the operations of Lohit Sai Hospital pending the outcome of the inquiry.

Hold accountable all medical personnel and administrators found guilty of misconduct or negligence.

Enforce stricter regulations and oversight of private healthcare institutions to prevent such tragedies in the future.

We believe no family should ever have to experience what Irfan’s family is enduring now. Hospitals must remain places of healing and trust—not fear and uncertainty.

We appeal to all citizens to remain calm, united, and lawful in their expression of grief and anger, while continuing to demand justice, accountability, and reform.

For Irfan. For Siddipet. For every patient’s right to safe and dignified care.

  3. Please file a police complaint against Lohit Sai Hospital for alleged medical negligence and causing death due to negligence.

    1. Collect all relevant medical records, including admission papers, treatment records, test reports, and any communication with the hospital.
    2. Consult a Lawyer: It’s advisable to consult a lawyer specializing in medical negligence cases to understand the legal process and strengthen the case.
    3. File a Complaint: The family can file a complaint with the local police station, providing details of the incident, medical records, and any evidence of negligence.
    4. FIR Registration: The police will register a First Information Report (FIR) under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), such as Section 304A (causing death by negligence).
    5. Investigation: The police will conduct an investigation, gathering evidence and statements from the hospital staff, doctors, and other relevant parties.
    6. Medical Board Opinion: The police may seek an opinion from a medical board to determine if there was any medical negligence.

****Further Action: Based on the investigation and medical board opinion, the police may take further action, such as filing charges against the hospital or doctors

In this case, Irfan’s father has declined to file a police complaint but has called for strict government action against the hospital. However, the family may still consider filing a complaint to seek justice and accountability.
