Hyderabad, Telangana – September 27, 2025 – In a moment of immense pride for Warangal, young aspirant Mohammad Vilayat Ali has emerged as a shining beacon by clinching the first position in the BC-E category at the state level in the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) Group-1 examinations. With an impressive score of 489.5 marks and securing the 86th overall rank, Vilayat Ali’s stellar achievement paves the way for his likely appointment as Deputy Collector or Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO), inspiring countless youth from modest backgrounds to chase their civil service dreams.
Hailing from the bustling Mandi Bazar area of Warangal, Vilayat Ali, son of Mohammad Mahmood Ali—a tenant farmer without personal agricultural land—overcame significant odds through sheer grit and self-reliance. His father’s unwavering support and prayers fueled his journey, turning a narrative of limited resources into one of triumph. “This milestone is a testament to my parents’ blessings, their encouragement, and my own resolve and independence,” Vilayat Ali expressed with joy, adding that he aspires to serve the public as Deputy Collector or RDO, bringing empathy to governance.
Vilayat Ali’s educational path is a saga of perseverance. He began his schooling at Brikrishna and Pathfinder School in Warangal, followed by a diploma from Warangal Polytechnic. He then graduated with First Division honors in B.Tech from Sreenidhi Engineering College. Post-graduation, he spent two years as a software engineer at TCS while simultaneously preparing for government exams, with civil services as his ultimate goal. Remarkably, without enrolling in any coaching institute, he relied on self-study at a local library in Warangal, acing the exam on his very first attempt—a strategy that underscores the power of disciplined, independent preparation.
The TSPSC has selected 562 successful candidates, whose appointment letters will be distributed by Telangana Chief Minister Anumula Revanth Reddy during a grand ceremony on September 27, 2025 (Saturday) at Shilpakala Vedika in Hyderabad. Only two family members per candidate are permitted to attend this prestigious event, organized to honor the young achievers’ hard work and motivate future generations toward public service. Chief Secretary Shri K. Ramakrishna Rao has coordinated preparations with senior officials to ensure the program’s seamless execution.
For Warangal, this is a monumental honor, highlighting the district’s rising talent in competitive exams. As Vilayat Ali stands on the cusp of a transformative role, his story resonates as a clarion call: with dedication and faith, even the most humble beginnings can lead to extraordinary heights. Inshallah, his success will light the path for many more.
YaHind.Com congratulates Mohammad Vilayat Ali and extends best wishes for his illustrious career.
