Tenth annual meeting of The Alumni Association of Jamia Hamdard held in Riyadh

Riyadh – Tenth annual meeting of “The Alumni Association of Jamia Hamdard” (TAAJH) Riyadh, Alkharj chapter was held in Riyadh on last weekend. Contributions of the founder Late Hakeem Abdul Hameed in educational field was highlighted in the meeting. Jamia Hamdard alumni from various parts of the Kingdom attended this meet.

The alumni meet was held under the patronage of Mr. Musharraf Ali while Prof. Nasir Ali Siddiqui presided over the meeting.

The president of TAAJH in KSA Prof. Nasir Ali Siddiqui highlighted Late Janab Hakeem Abdul Hameed’s significant contribution in the field of education and the establishment of Jamia Hamdard. He also highlighted the role of the READS in the financial support of poor students across India.

Several indoor and outdoor games were held during the meet. The winner and runner up teams were awarded trophies. This time, TAAJH also felicitated its “Excellence Achievers” in different fields such as information technology, management, pharmaceutical industries, academics, and research with awards and certificates.

On this occasion the Hamdard alumni who were listed in the 2% World’s Scientist list of Stanford/Elsevier were felicitated with awards and certificates.

This function was attended by eminent guests from Riyadh including Er. Anees ur Rehman, President, Jamia Millia Islamia Alumni Association Riyadh, Er Syed Mohammed. Mutayyab, Ex-president, Aligarh Muslim University Old Boys Association Riyadh, Dr Dilshad Ahmad, President, IFE, Riyadh, Mr. Salman Khalid. Jamia Hamdard Alumnus and others attended the event in large number.
