Riyadh – Al Yasmin International School Riyadh, celebrated its annual program with great pomp and show in the spacious auditorium of the school.
School principal Dr. SM Shaukat Perwez presided over the function while the scholarly, literary and social personality of Riyadh Dr. Muhammad Ashraf Ali attended as the chief guest. Three talented young students of the school Nooh Ahmed, Aman Qadri and Abhiyukt Sharma compared the event in a unique and charming manner.
In his welcome address the headmaster of the boys’ section and a very active young man Tanweer Siddiqui said Al Yasmin International school is playing an important role in imparting education. The administrators, teachers, children and parents also play important role in this.
Appreciating the educational contributions of the school Dr. Muhammad Ashraf said he known Al Yasmin International School for twenty years. This school has produced many doctors, engineers, professors. Alumni of this school can be found in every field and everywhere. It is one of the best schools of Riyadh with best facilities and dedicated staff. He congratulated the Dr. Shaukat Perwez and all the staff for continuously maintaining best standard of the school.
Vice Principal Asha Cherian urged the parents to let the children choose the field according to their ability and interest so that they can achieve significant success in their career. Coercion can be harmful for them and parents should understand this important aspect.
A large figure of knowledge and literature and the school principal Dr. SM Shaukat Perwez presented the annual report of the school and thanked almighty. He said that the school has maintained the legacy of achieving 100% result. Our students are qualifying in the JEE and other competitive exams.
Highlighting achievements of some students he said Ms. Haza Ruqaiya has achieved national level success in athletics which is a matter of pride for the school. Dr. Perwez emphasized on the importance of plants and advised the audience to save plants so that the atmosphere remains clean and we get fresh air.
Under the cultural program, the children won the hearts of the audience by presenting patriotic songs, dances and music and thought-provoking dramas. The center of attraction was the shadow act which was based on the importance of trees. The audience gave standing ovation for this program.
This was also an occasion for the students to receive their certificates and medals for their outstanding performances they showcased in Yasmin Youth Festival. All the coordinators and teachers played an important role in making this program a grand success. The beautiful program ended with the vote of thanks by the senior coordinator Muhammad Altaf.
